While the ‘old ways’ may have been comfortable they were not sustainable if we want to remain competitive and build. As we continue to develop and change, we encourage all of you to approach it with an open mind. What appears to be a nuisance and unnecessary at the desk level is likely critical to the broader picture. Ask questions before you judge. With that in mind, the leadership team is also committed to increasing communication and site visits In the meantime, you are always welcome to call your manager with any question, any time. We have experienced a lot of change over recent years; and the journey is not over.
The safety of our staff and customers comes first.With that in mind, you will see our team incorporating a robust internal safety program specifically designed for us in tandem with our external business partners. Our Safety Committee is currently working with our partners at Holmes Murphy & The Builders Group to design and implement a program of training, tracking and communication that will be sustainable and effective. Our Customer Training program will also be reworked. When looking for a new API Fleet & Rental Manager, that job description was intentionally redesigned to include managing a rework of this revenue stream by developing a marketable product while closing risk gaps & building our brand through quality and consistency.
